Q. I have looked at the courses available and have taken several other implant courses.  Will it be redundant for me to have courses on material which I have covered elsewhere?

A. The Misch International Implant InstituteTM courses are unlike any other currently available.  The Institute provides only the most progressive information, based on documented research literature, not based on "opinion" or an "in my hands" concept.  In addition, a consistent philosophy ensures that information is presented in a logical sequence with conflicting opinion.  Most other programs provide information by using a myriad of lectures without consistency or a common thread to link the material in a usable format.

Participants at the Misch International Implant InstituteTM are trained in techniques which can be reproduced.  Past data has demonstrated an average success rate of 98.4%.  Many of the concepts and methods presented have been developed or modified by Dr. Misch.  These concepts are not provided in detail outside the Misch Implant Institute.

Q. How will implementing implants into my practice affect my productivity?

A.  The addition of one case each month can result in more than $130,000.00 USD gross income and more than $30,000.00 USD net income even at 75% overhead. Dental implants can significantly improve your practice productivity.  The Institute addresses this issue by teaching techniques which are readily reproduced while maintaining a high success rate, thus eliminating the need to redo steps or cases.  The end result is increased productivity and profitability.

Q. Why take a structured program?

A. Attempting to learn implant dentistry on your own is folly.  In the medical-legal atmosphere and the high costs of dentistry overhead, you cannot afford to learn one of the most complicated patient treatments without a game plan.

Implant meetings generally have 15 or more speakers, present material in less than one hour segments, and provide almost no understanding of how the material fits in the overall picture. This is frustrating, especially for the doctor on an early learning curve.  Can you understand a book when the chapters are not completely read and are not in any specific order?  Yet, most doctors feel it is more cost effective to attend 20 meetings by 100 different lecturers over a five- year period than to take one organized program for one year.  The lost income, time, travel, and less than 20% effective experience gain makes little sense.  Could you learn dentistry by video tapes with no supervised "hands-on" experience?  The organized program of the Misch International Implant InstituteTM will accelerate your experience and knowledge by at least five years.
